Closed notifications

The archive of sent-and-closed notifications — review their setup, pull results for reporting, copy one to send again, or delete data you no longer need.

Closed notifications

Closed Notifications is the archive. When you close an active notification, it and all of its data move here, where they stay available for reporting and audit. This is also the only section where notification data can be deleted — active notifications cannot be deleted, only closed.

To get a notification here, close it from the Active Notifications list. See Manage active notifications.

Reading the list

Each row shows the notification name, its scheduled date and time, icons for the message types sent, and the contact count. Use the Search Notifications field to filter by name — typed characters match anywhere in the name. Each page holds ten records.

The action icons

Four icons sit under Actions on the right of each record (web). On mobile, press and hold a record for the menu.

  • Green — View. Review the notification's configuration. It cannot be edited.

  • Purple — View Results. Open the archived results. See View notification results for how to read, filter, and export them.

  • Yellow — Create a Copy. Build a new notification by duplicating this closed one — a fast way to repeat a past callout.

  • Red — Delete. Permanently remove the notification and its data. Use this for records you no longer need, such as test notifications.

Delete a notification

  • Click the red trash icon at the end of the record.

  • In the message that appears, click Delete to remove it or Cancel to keep it.

Delete several at once

  • Check the box beside each notification you want to delete.

  • Click the red Delete button at the top-right of the screen.

  • Click Delete to confirm or Cancel.

Deleting is permanent. Closed notifications are kept for reporting and audit, so only delete records you are certain you will not need.
