Assign a contact list and message to a zoneEdit a notification zone to attach the contact list that gets alerted and the message they receive when a fire touches the zone.
Change a zone's contact list or messageEdit a notification zone from the Notification Zones tab to point it at a different contact list or update its message.
Add a notification zoneDraw a notification zone around an asset so the assigned contact list is alerted the moment a fire's boundary touches it.
Delete a notification zoneDeleting a notification zone removes it from every session on that map permanently, so double-check before you click the red Delete button.
Change a notification zone's radiusResize a notification zone by editing its radius in metres, including shrinking it during a fire to trigger a fresh alert if the fire moves closer.
Load and refresh wildfire dataClick Show Fires and Zones at the start of every session to pull live fire data onto the map, and click it again to refresh your view while you work.
View fire boundary notificationsThe Fire Boundary Notifications tab lists every alert generated by a fire touching a notification zone, in one table, once you click Load Notifications.

What happens when notification zones intersect?Intersecting notification zones stay fully independent, so a fire crossing the overlap triggers a separate alert from each zone, even to the same contacts.
Do notification zones carry over between sessions?Yes, notification zones appear in every COP+ session on that map until someone deletes them, even sessions that have nothing to do with wildfire.
