Add a contactAdd a contact manually with names, phone numbers, emails, a business unit, and list memberships, and optionally make them a credentialed user.

Bulk-update existing contacts by export and re-importExport your contacts to CSV, edit the records in Excel, and re-import the file to change many existing contacts at once.

Create a contact listCreate a contact list with a clear name, choose which applications can use it, set automatic notification on session activation, and add its members.

Edit a contactEdit any detail on a contact record, with one exception, a credentialed user's email is locked and can only be changed by deleting and recreating the user.

Delete ContactsDelete a single contact with the trash icon, or select multiple contacts and delete them together, noting that bulk delete only affects records loaded on screen.

Assign roles and application permissionsAssign each user a per-module role of No Access, User, Admin, or Super Admin in the User Roles section, and fine-tune with Manage Permissions sub-roles.
