Manage active notifications

Once you send or schedule a notification, it lives in Active Notifications — the section for everything still being monitored. From here you check on it, copy it, and close it when you are done. Active notifications cannot be edited or deleted; closing one archives it (with all its data) to Closed Notifications.

Reading the list

Each row shows the notification name, scheduled date and time, icons for the message types sent (phone, SMS, email), and the contact count. The Status column reads pending for a scheduled notification not yet sent, and complete once it has gone out. Each page holds ten records; use the next-page icon at the bottom to see more.

Use the Search Notifications field to filter by name. Typing any characters matches them anywhere in the name, not just the start.

The action icons

Four icons sit under Actions on the right of each record (web). On mobile, press and hold a record to bring up the same menu.

  • Green — View Notification. Opens the notification's configuration so you can review how it was set up. You cannot edit it from here.

  • Purple — View Results. Opens the live results. See View notification results for how to read and export them.

  • Yellow — Copy. Creates a new notification pre-filled with this one's settings, ready for you to adjust and send. Useful for recurring callouts.

  • Red — Close. Archives the notification to Closed Notifications (see below).

Close a notification

Closing means the notification has been sent and you no longer need to monitor it. Its data stays intact in the archive for reporting.

  1. Web: click the red X at the end of the record. Mobile: select Close Notification.

  2. Confirm: click Yes (web) or Close (mobile). The notification moves to Closed Notifications.

Close several at once

  1. Check the box beside each notification you want to close.

  2. Click the large red X button at the top-right of the screen.

  3. In the message that appears, click Close to confirm or Cancel.
