What E-ERP does

E-ERP keeps every company emergency response plan in one secure, always-current library inside H2CommandCentre.

What E-ERP does

Electronic Emergency Response Plans (E-ERP) is the document library of H2CommandCentre. It holds every emergency response plan (ERP) created for your company in one secure location, so during an incident nobody hunts through shared drives or paper binders for the current plan.

E-ERP updates all company ERP documents in one place, so the version you open is the version in force. Access is secure, and the library is available whenever you need it, from any computer, phone or device.

The library is client-managed. Beyond the ERPs H2Safety maintains for you, your team can add its own critical documents, such as safety bulletins and HSE manuals, so everything responders need lives behind one door.

What you can do in E-ERP

How the library is organized

The folder structure mirrors your company's requirements. It works like Windows File Explorer: expand folders until you reach the PDF you need, then click it to open the File Viewer.

Getting in

E-ERP opens from the H2CommandCentre application dashboard. If the E-ERP tile is missing, your system administrator or H2Safety has not granted you access yet. See Verify your application access and Sign in to H2CommandCentre.
