Add, remove, and reorder contacts in a list

The contact list window has two columns: Contacts on the left (everyone available) and Included Contacts on the right (the list's members). Arrow buttons move contacts between the columns and reorder them. Here is every control.

Before you start

You need Contact Manager permissions. Open the window by creating a list or clicking the blue Edit List pencil icon on an existing one. Remember to click Save when you are done.

Select contacts

  • Click a name to select one contact.

  • Hold CTRL and click each name to select multiple contacts.

Add contacts to the list

  1. Select one or more contacts in the left Contacts column.

  2. Click the single right arrow to move your selection into Included Contacts.

To add everyone at once, click the double right arrow. It moves every contact from the left column into the list.

Remove contacts from the list

  1. Select one or more contacts in the right Included Contacts column.

  2. Click the single left arrow to move them back to the Contacts column.

To empty the list, click the double left arrow. It moves every included contact back to the left.

Reorder contacts in the list

Select a contact, then:

  • Single up arrow moves it up one position.

  • Double up arrow moves it to the top of the list.

  • Single down arrow moves it down one position.

  • Double down arrow moves it to the bottom.
