Find a resident by name or phone
Residents By Name / Phone searches the Common Operating Picture (COP+) map for a resident using whatever you know about them. Partial entries work: "Jam" finds every resident with Bob in the name, and "306" finds every phone number containing 306.
Steps
Open Search in the left-hand menu.
Click Residents By Name / Phone.
Type a name or phone number, full or partial.
Pick the resident from the results and click Zoom. The map moves to their location.
Once you find them
View the resident's information sheet for full details from SIMS.
Change the resident's status if their situation has changed.
