View and export the Hazard Area Report
The Hazard Area Report is the table of everything inside your hazard area on the Common Operating Picture (COP+): residents, regulatory agencies, local authorities, urban areas, and their contact details. COP+ generates it automatically every time a hazard area is drawn or redrawn, and it exports to PDF or Excel.
Before you start
A hazard area must exist. See Define a hazard area.
View the report
Wait for the bell icon in the top grey menu bar. It signals the report is ready. Do not redraw the hazard area before it appears.
Open the report either way:
Click the bell icon, or
Open Reporting in the left-hand menu and click Hazard Area Report.
Export the report
With the report open, click Export PDF or Export XLSX.
Click the file when it appears at the edge of your screen (browser dependent: upper right or bottom left). The PDF downloads as
HazardAreaReport.pdf; the Excel file asdownload.xlsx.Save the file. This is your record of who was in the zone at that moment.
Click Back to Map to return to the map view.
Only the current report lives here
Every redraw generates a new report and replaces the one under Reporting. Earlier versions are not lost; retrieve them from the audit log.
