H2Notify is how you reach your contacts when it matters: it sends voice, SMS, and email notifications, and then tracks who received them and how they responded. It pulls contacts directly from Contact Manager, so you are always notifying from lists your team already maintains rather than rebuilding a list under pressure.
You can send a notification immediately or schedule it in advance, monitor it in real time as responses come in, and archive the results for reporting afterward. Reports can be printed or exported to Excel.
H2Notify is part of the H2CommandCentre suite, so anyone with a credentialed account and the right permissions reaches it through the same single sign-on as the rest of your applications.
The dashboard at a glance
When you sign in, the dashboard opens to three sections. Knowing which is which is most of what you need to navigate H2Notify:
Active Notifications — notifications that have been sent (or scheduled) and are still being monitored. This is where you watch responses arrive and where you go to close a notification once you are done with it.
Template Management — reusable notifications you build ahead of time, so that during a real event you can send in seconds instead of composing from scratch.
Closed Notifications — the archive. Once an active notification is closed, it lands here with all its data intact for reporting and review.
A line underneath the section name shows which one you are currently viewing.

A note on what you will see
H2Notify shows different options depending on your permissions and your organization's subscription. Some controls in these guides (default settings, for example) are admin-only, so your screen may not match every screenshot exactly. Setting up and sending notifications requires H2Notify permissions, which your system administrator manages.
