New credentialed users activate their H2CommandCentre account by accepting an emailed invitation. Do it once and you can sign in on both web and mobile. This article is for anyone whose administrator has just added them to the platform.
Before you start
Your company System Administrator or H2Safety must add you as a credentialed user first. Not sure which kind of user you are? See Credentialed vs non-credentialed users.
Watch your inbox for an email from [email protected]. Check your junk folder if it does not arrive.
Steps
Open the invitation email and click Accept Invitation.
On the redemption page, click Next.
On the Review permissions screen, review H2Safety's privacy statement and accept the terms.
Microsoft confirms the invitation. Your account is now active and you have access to H2CommandCentre.
Your account works for both the web portal and the mobile app, which is available for Apple and Android devices.
If the invitation never arrives
Confirm with your System Administrator that you were added as a credentialed user, and check that your email system is not filtering [email protected]. Still stuck? Submit a support request.
