There are three ways into H2CommandCentre. Most people use the H2Safety website; the other two suit users already living in Microsoft tools. All three land you on the same application dashboard. Every application shares this sign-in, so there is no separate login for Notify, COP+, or any other module.
Before you start
You need an activated credentialed account. If you have not accepted your invitation yet, start with Accept your invitation and set up your account. Joining a single session by invite link does not require signing in at all; see Join a session from an invite.
Option 1: Through h2safety.ca
Go to h2safety.ca.
Click H2CommandCentre at the top right of the page.
Sign in with your credentials. The application dashboard opens.
Option 2: Direct URL
You can follow this direct URL to go to your environment. Bookmark it and sign in from there.
What you should see
The dashboard shows a tile for each application you can open. Some tiles may be missing; access is set per user. Run Verify your application access on your first sign-in.

If there are any issues with seeing the H2ComandCenter and the H2Saftey Apps (see Picture below) as blank. There was an update from an old URL to an updated version in 2022. If your organization is using https://admin.h2commandcentre.ca/Dashboard.aspx then the H2ComandCenter will be blank. Refreshing your screen or using the current URL will fix this issue.
Have your organization update the saved URL where applicable.
If you cannot sign in
Confirm you accepted your invitation from [email protected].
Confirm your company network is not blocking H2Safety URLs; see Check your system requirements.
Ask your System Administrator to confirm your account is active, then submit a support request.
