H2CommandCentre is web-based, so there is nothing to install on your computer. Run through this checklist before your first sign-in and you will not hit surprises later.
What you need
A laptop or desktop computer with internet access. A 13-inch screen or larger gives the best experience.
The current version of Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Network access to H2Safety URLs. If your company restricts web traffic, ask IT to confirm the H2CommandCentre addresses are not blocked.
Email delivery
Invitations, session callouts, and notifications arrive by email as well as phone and SMS. Your company email system must accept mail from H2Safety and Microsoft senders. Account invitations come from [email protected], so make sure it is not filtered to junk.
Mobile
H2CommandCentre is also available as a mobile app for Apple and Android devices. Use it to join sessions on the move; the full administrative toolset lives in the browser.
Quick self-test
Open Chrome or Edge and confirm it is up to date.
Go to h2safety.ca. If the page loads, your network access is fine.
Sign in to H2CommandCentre and confirm your application tiles appear.
If step 2 or 3 fails on a company network, contact your IT team first, then submit a support request.
