The public registration link lets people outside your organization add themselves to your notification database, with no manual data entry from your team. H2Safety provides the link and a matching QR code through your account manager. You share it; everyone who registers lands in a Web Registrations contact list in Contact Manager, ready to notify.

Before you start
You need Contact Manager access. The link and QR code come from your H2Safety CRM or account manager, not from inside the app, so request them before you need people to register. If you are not sure who to ask, see Get help and support.
Share the link
Get your public registration link or QR code from your H2Safety account manager.
Distribute it wherever your audience will see it: email, your website, posted signage, or onboarding packets. The QR code works for both print and screens.
Anyone who opens the link sees a registration form branded to your organization, for example Registration for Client ABC. They fill it out and click Register to land in your Web Registrations list. Returning contacts sign in instead, and can update their details or unregister themselves.
View public registration contacts
Every registration flows into the Web Registrations contact list in Contact Manager automatically.
Open Contact Manager from the H2CommandCentre app menu.
Go to Contact Lists and open Web Registrations (the pencil icon) to see everyone who has registered.
Every registration from the public link is added to this list automatically, so you never build it by hand.
New registrants also appear in the main Contacts page alongside the rest of your contacts.
Notify the people who register
The Web Registrations list behaves like any other contact list. Add it to a notification to reach everyone who signed up. See Send a notification.
Good to know
Registration is self-service. Contacts update their information or unregister themselves through the same link, so the Web Registrations list stays current without your team touching it.
Public contacts are non-credentialed. They sit in your notification database but do not get H2CommandCentre app access. See Credentialed vs non-credentialed users.
