Print or export the map

Print Map turns the current Common Operating Picture (COP+) map view into a file for briefings, records, or wall maps. Formats include PDF, EPS, and SVG.

Choose Layout or Map Only

  • Layout includes a border, title, and legend.

  • Map Only outputs just the map, and its file name skips the automatic title.

Both offer similar settings; pick Layout when the output stands alone, Map Only when it feeds another document.

Steps

  1. Open Reporting in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click Print Map.

  3. Keep or override the Title. It auto-fills with the session name and the map's creation timestamp.

  4. Under Page Setup, set the paper size and orientation if the defaults do not fit.

  5. Choose the File format.

  6. Open Advanced Options (the side arrow) for finer control:

    • Set scale

    • Author (defaults to your name)

    • Copyright (default provided)

    • DPI

    • Include legend checkbox (Layout only)

  7. Generate the file and save it.
