Download and share the wildfire report

The wildfire report lists the fires within a maximum distance from the centre of each of your notification zones. The system generates it automatically and emails it to the specified contact list; you can also download it as a PDF or share it with more lists from the Wildfire Report Settings tab.

For each zone, the report shows the fire name, status, distance from the zone centre, and responsible area, with fires sorted closest to furthest. The nearest threat always reads first.

Before you start

You need initiator or administrative access and an active session with data loaded: Load and refresh wildfire data. To email the report to a group, the contact list must exist in Contact Manager: Create a contact list.

Download the report

  1. In your session, go to Wildfire Management > Manage Notification Zones and click Show Fires and Zones.

  2. Click the Wildfire Report Settings tab.

  3. Click Download pdf. The report saves to your device's downloads folder.

  4. Open the PDF to review the zones and the fires nearest each one.

Share the report with contact lists

  1. On the Wildfire Report Settings tab, click the Contact List dropdown.

  2. Check the box beside each contact list that should receive the report. The report is shared with every list you select.
